"Windsurf is the San Franciscan duo of Daniel Judd of Sorcerer and Sam Grawe of Lo Recordings' Hatchback. Their hazy, summer evening sounds might bring to mind a more languid version of Studio's shimmering sound world, or perhaps the more overtly shoegaze-oriented output from Manual. Certain corners of the internet have used the term "yacht rock" to account for this sound. A chilling, if accurate account of events if ever there was one.
